BC-990P
A sheet-like protein with a fibrous structure, high protein content, delicate fiber texture, and strong chewiness. When torn along the longitudinal direction of the fiber by hand, a clear meat fiber state can be seen. The protein modification is sufficient, and after deep processing, it has good stability and does not become soft or hard. It is widely used in vegetarian meat products.
